Echoes of the past mingle in a modern-day hustle and bustle at the White Rock Museum + Archives Gift Shop housed within the train station built in 1912. Nestled by the promenade along a stunning seascape and a railroad where trains occasionally whistle by, the Gift Shop presents a homey atmosphere packed with affordable treasures. The changing exhibits in the Museum & Archives and the quality of the wares in its gift shop entice locals and travelers from all over the world year round.
Friendly staff and volunteers welcome visitors to enjoy exploring the merchandise which includes native and original art, jewellery, ceramics, glassware and crafts by local artists. In addition, historical photographs, railway mementos, handmade greeting cards, books on our local area, and our own "Years of Promise" book provide all-occasion gift giving ideas.
