Living Legacy Project

The City of White Rock and the Museum + Archives have created a Living Legacy Book that honors past and present White Rock citizens who have made significant contributions to the city.  The book is on display at White Rock City Hall for people to enjoy.

 Heritage Stones  Project

In partnership with the City of White Rock and Communities in Bloom, the White Rock Museum is producing a series of heritage stones.  These stones are fitted with plaques depicting White Rock history in various locations along the waterfront, including the train station building, pier and white rock.  These stones are being sponsored by various businesses and local residents. Click HERE for details.

Building Revitalization Project

Museum staff will also be working with professional consultants, architects and city staff throughout the year  to finalize the plans for its revitalization and renovation project. The project will return the station building to its original architectural design, while at the same time providing access to many more interactive displays and exhibits. Drop by and ask to see some of our new design ideas and leave your comments! Click HERE for details.

The Train Campaign

The Train Campaign is a community building activity, offering community members the opportunity to purchase a personalized, engraved, brass train plaque to be set in cement and installed in the promenade outside the Museum + Archives. Click HERE for details.
